Instructions for authors
Each issue of Water Utility Management International will contain a limited number of contributed articles. These will take an ‘executive briefing’ approach, to provide utility managers with an accessible and authoritative review of a topic issue. Alternatively, these will be based on landmark case studies, to provide utility managers with an understanding of specific examples of international note.
Appropriate themes for articles include financing, investment, regulation and personnel matters. There is also a central theme of achieving efficiency in water utilities, encompassing topics such as benchmarking, billing, tariffs, IT and service standards.
Basic requirements
IWA Publishing welcomes contributed articles of likely interest to an international audience. Articles should be of 1500-3000 words. They should highlight key points of interest and be written such that any technical aspects are presented so as to be accessible to senior water utility managers.
