Claims:
Claims for non-receipt must be made within 3 months of expected publication or on receipt of a subsequent issue. Claims received after this period will not be fulfilled.

Cancellations:
Accepted less single-issue price for issues already sent.
Subscription year:
January to December.
Additional postage for priority delivery aims:
Western Europe 2-3 days.
Rest of World 5-7 days
Delivery address:
Subscription agents should supply the name and address of the subscriber even when delivery is through a consolidation address. To ensure online access please supply the Internet Protocol (IP) address where applicable.
Change of address:
Please complete the online change of address form or contact Portland Customer Services at the address below quoting your subscription reference number.
Continuity:
To ensure continuity of despatch of journals each year, payment should reach us by 1st December. Agents and booksellers are responsible for the continuity of orders placed through them.
Terms of online access:
Institutional prices for online subscriptions allow online access by authorized users on one contiguous campus community and network. Extended licences may be available for multi-campus, multi-office or consortium use. Please contact Ian Morgan for details: imorgan@iwap.co.uk
Value Added Tax (VAT):
European Union: Clearly state your VAT number on all orders otherwise VAT may be charged at the appropriate national rate.
VAT on electronic and ‘combined’ journals.
VAT at 17.5% is due on supplies to subscribers within the UK, and to non-registered subscribers elsewhere in the EU. If in the EU, please state your VAT number. VAT on ‘Combined’ Journals is chargeable, at 17.5%, on a percentage of the total price.
Back Issues:
All calendar year subscriptions include back issues
Payment:
Please make cheques payable to PORTLAND CUSTOMER SERVICES. Sterling Cheques must be drawn on UK banks, US Dollar cheques can be drawn on either US or UK banks and Euro cheques must be drawn on EU banks. Please note variations in agency discount.
